The installation was not completed successfully. - Probably the server was to busy and a timeout occured. Go to the EasyWorks directory and run the EasyWksUpg.exe 2. If you are using F-Secur and turn on debug the scanning process slows down significantly. - Add a rule that excludes the EasyWorks directory. 3. Some reports are lost after upgrading. - That depends of changed report formats. They will reappear next day. 4. If you are using Remote Pollers and have configured a password for the Remote Poller account you will likely get an error about "Could not connect to server at..." - Edit the file mapattr.bat to %1 -u"Remote Poller" -pmypassword %2 %3 > %4 5. If you have problem to start Easy Works Console from a remote PC it's likely a security/access problem. Check the following and then contact us. - a) Restart the SNMPc console and try again. - b) Verify from a cmd prompt in the SNMPc directory that mapattr.exe is working. - c) Check if you have configured a password for the 'Remote Poller' account. - d) Rename mapattr.exe to mapattr.ex_ - e) Reinstall the SNMPc Remote Console. - f) Turn off UAC in Windows. - g) Turn on debugmode in \apiexec\easyworks.ini (see output in ew-debug.txt) 6.
